Heidi and Ellen talk to Francesca and Sharon. Francesca is an Executive Assistant. It is work that she loves. She also loves creative projects, such as knitting, needlepoint, and interior design. She feels pulled between those two worlds and wonders how to find a better harmony (8:35). Sharon and her husband are contemplating a move from Florida to South Carolina. While the move is coherent personally, it would mean being further from her family. She wonders if this is the right time for a big change (18:54).
